Calisthenics for All
What is the first image that pops into your head when you hear the word “calisthenics”? Is it someone doing a human flag? Handstand? Planche?
These are all great (advanced!) calisthenics movements to aspire to but take a step back for a second. How would you get to this level?
You would get to this level by practicing the simpler, foundational movements such as push-ups & hollow-body. These are building block movements that might be overshadowed by more advanced (and let’s be honest, cool-looking!) movements. And guess what:
These building block movements themselves are adjustable for different levels of difficulty/easiness, so you can find your current level and progress!
