Requiring a combination of strength, flexibility, and technique, handstands are the ultimate test of body awareness and coordination. Whether you’ve never attempted a handstand or you’re training your one arm holds for time, this small group class will help you work towards your goals.
In this class, we will train and practice everything you need to be comfortable on your hands, including conditioning, flexibility, and body alignment. This class follows the same structure as our other calisthenics classes, but is specifically focused on conditioning and training hand balances / handstands.
This class is designed for all body types and experience levels, and our coaches are trained to look after your health and safety. Come get upside down with us!
