Kace’s love of movement and challenging himself developed at a young age. Growing up in Baton Rouge, he played many different sports and raced motocross competively. Always looking for a new mental and physical challenge, he discovered yoga and calisthenics.
Kace has practicing yoga and calisthenics for over 3 years. Kace loves calisthenics because it is a progressive discipline. You can start at any level and yet the sky is the limit with possibilities.
Besides calisthenics training, Kace loves spending time with his family, spending time in nature, and good food! Ask him about his special smoothie recipe!
