Here’s How Online Training Works …

  1. Start from any fitness level, age, or location. All you need is a desire to change or achieve a goal.
  2. Click here to have a no cost, no obligation conversation with one of our team.
  3. Sign up when you’re ready for a Mekanix Remote Training plan and get assigned to a coach.
  4. Your coach will schedule an initial discussion about your training history, goals, preferences, and any considerations such as injuries, training preferences, etc. Your coach will also help work with you to set realistic targets that are both motivating and achievable.
  5. Your coach will build a personalized training plan for you that describes what workouts to do and when. Curious about how we typically structure our workouts?  Check out this page.
  6. You’ll have access to our Mekanix Fitness Success Portal that includes:
    1. Movement cheat sheets
    2. Progression guides on common calisthenics movements.
    3. Tips and tricks
    4. How To videos
  7. Your coach will custom record videos for you to help answer any questions or explain the finer points of a movement that may not be clear.
  8. You’ll have a weekly check-in call by video (recommended) or phone. Options to connect include FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype.  You’ll use this call to check-in on progress over the previous week and talk about the plan for the upcoming week.
  9. You’ll have an open line of communication with your coach for accountability, motivation, advice, and feedback on any questions you may have.
